GREENSBORO, Md. - Susan Faye Swann, 57, of Greensboro, died Thursday, July 14, 2011, at Memorial Hospital of Easton after a brief illness. She was born on June 12, 1954 in Greensboro to late Edward Riddleberger and Mary Ethel Walls Riddleberger of Greensboro. In addition to her mother she is survived by her husband of 37 years, Marion "Scotty" Swann; one son, Jonathan Scott Swann and wife Jessica of Denton; two daughters, Lisa Sue Rank and husband Jeff of Easton and Stacy Swann of Baltimore; two brothers, Bruce Riddleberger of Marydel and John Lee Riddleberger of Dover, Del.; one sister, Gwen Bolt of Barclay; mother and father-in-law Gladys and Bill Kinnamon of Greensboro; and two grandchildren, Amelia and Oliver. Mrs. Swann was a 1972 graduate of North Caroline High School and a 1975 graduate of Chesapeake College. She married her husband Scotty on August 31, 1973. She had been a clerk for the Greensboro US Postal Office for many years and assisted her husband with operating Kinnamon's Tire and Exxon Services of Greensboro. She was a member of the Maryland Rough Riders and St. Paul's United Methodist Church of Greensboro, where she had served as a past Sunday School Superintendent. A visitation will be 7 to 9 p.m., Friday, July 22, 2011, in the Fleegle and Helfenbein Funeral Home; 106 W Sunset Ave, Greensboro. The funeral services will be 11 a.m., Saturday, July 23, 2011, in the St. Paul's United Methodist Church; 306 W Sunset Ave; Greensboro. Interment will be in the Greensboro Cemetery. The family suggests donations to be made to St. Paul's United Methodist Church; PO Box 57, Greensboro, MD 21639. Condolences to the family may be made at www.fleegleandhelfenbein.com.
