DOVER – Everything appears to be back to normal at Spence’s Bazaar, Auction and Flea Market after it was temporarily forced to close by the Delaware Division of Public Health on Jan. 11 for violations of the state’s COVID-19 restrictions.

The landmark red and white facility that sits at 550 S. New St. in Dover reopened to the public on Jan. 15 after it quickly worked out a reopening plan and put it into action.

Spence’s reminded all vendors, employees and customers to wear facemasks covering their nose and mouth when on Spence’s property – either inside or outside.

Spence’s flea market and Amish food market is open on Tuesday’s and Friday’s from 7 a.m. until 5 p.m. The auction will also take place on those two days from 12:30 until its conclusion.

The flea market and Amish food market is also open on Saturday from 7 a.m. until 3 p.m. Customers can call the Amish market at 302-674-4486.
