Sam Hunt, Nelly, ZZ Top and TobyMac are slated for next year’s Delaware State Fair, officials announced last week. Tickets go on sale Nov. 19 at 10 a.m.
- The only performer I’ve heard of is ZZ Top! — Apryl Crockett
- That’s because they are the one with true talent. — Charlie Harper
- We about to see Nelly again! — Tina Hayes Dekalb
- It’s about 17,000 degrees at the fair. I’ll watch from the car. — Luke Dekalb
- I’m looking for the country show. — Jason Matthews
- Did they say Nelly? — Sarah Hemphill Rampley
- I’m actually more excited for Sam Hunt. — Autumn Linkins
- It should say, ZZ Top, minus one. — Andy Jakubowitch
- Oh boy! Another year with crap artists! — Chandler Robin Lee Stegner
- At least, for once, they attempted to go for more than just one genre of music. The past couple years seemed like they only catered towards the country fans. — Christian Orendorf
- That’s true. I just keep hoping Delaware will get a hard rock/metal artist in. It doesn’t happen at the fair, and it surely doesn’t happen for Firefly. Bottle & Cork has even changed. — Chandler Robin Lee Stegner
- True. No one really seems to cater towards rock that much anymore. ZZ Top is rock, but nothing modern. — Christian Orendorf
- If they don’t cancel, like most of the good acts last year. — Melissa Epperly
- May I have an application to be a vendor? — Jacqualine Stewart
- Kaitmarie Kisha O’Rourke, ZZ Top is coming. Want to go see them with a sharp-dressed man? — Shawn O’Rourke
- Only if you’re my sharp-dressed man ♥ — Kaitmarie Kisha O’Rourke
