Speak Up: Delaware groups reach out to help refugees adjust to life in U.S.

Refugee-resettlement organizations have their hands full once again. Since August, refugees from Afghanistan have been arriving at military bases across the country to await placement in new communities, and more will arrive as the refugee ceiling rises. Jewish Family Services has been conducting refugee-resettlement and support services for over 100 years.
