Kudos to Rep. Jeff Hilovsky, R-Millsboro, for his Opinion describing water testing in his district (“Our area got the water testing it deserved”).
His work has many elements of what good government can do for us. Through a lengthy and in-depth effort, households with their own wells for drinking water can get expert help evaluating the safety of their water.
And Rep. Hilovsky accomplished this in a bipartisan way, further ensuring a better outcome that has wide appeal and implementation.
