MILFORD - Sonya F. Johnson Sudler of Milford, was called home to be with her Heavenly Father on Monday, July 4, 2011. She was 55. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Norman and Ann Brady, who helped to raise her, and Agnes and James Jones; and two brothers, Bruce and Baby Johnson. She is survived by her husband and best friend of 32 years, Marion (Butch) Sudler; her parents, William "Boss" and Teresa Johnson; six children, Randy Lawrence, Marion (Jay) Sudler, Demetri (Shawn) Sudler, Bruce Johnson, Corey Johnson, and Myryah Sorden; sisters, Teresa (Terri) Franklin and Katrina E. Wilson (Darrell); brother, Wayne (Brian) Johnson; ten grandchildren, Deshawn Sudler, Jameir Sudler, Zymere Cruz, Jaylan Sudler, Neveah Johnson, Kyliah Johnson, Malachi Coverdale, Jayden Rushman, Lov'a Coverdale, and Amyah Robinson. In addition, her adopted brothers and sister, Rodrick Curry, Josif Curry, Sammy Blackston, Anthony Henry, and Kimberly Johnson; devoted friends, Terri Wanzer and Lolita Belfast; and a host of beloved aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and close friends. Viewing will be Friday, July 8, from 6 to 8 p.m. at St. Paul U. M. Church, 300 North St. and services will be at 1 p.m. on Saturday, July 9, with viewing two hours prior.
