Tonight’s football game between Milford High and Sussex Tech has been moved to Monday at 6 p.m. because of concerns about the rain and stormy weather forecast for the region.
The contest between the two Class 2A, District III teams will be played at Sussex Tech.
Also tonight, the St. Georges game at Sussex Central will start at 7:30 p.m. due to transportation issues with St. Georges while the William Penn game at Dover will begin at 8 p.m. because of the weather forecast.
As of early afternoon, the other football games involving downstate teams are being played as scheduled.
Milford had a game canceled earlier this season. The Buccaneers’ matchup with Delmar on Sept. 24 was postponed when the Wildcats didn’t have enough players due to COVID protocols.
