Sokola introduces bill to set uniform statewide reassessment framework in Delaware

DOVER — A measure that would create a statewide framework for classifying taxable real property, as well as grant split-rate tax authority to Delaware’s counties and school districts, was introduced in the General Assembly last Friday, June 19, with only four days of legislative session left.
