I had the privilege of working alongside Donna Mitchell for 14 years during my time on Dover City Council — first in her role as finance director, then as city manager.
Her deep knowledge of city operations, public works and municipal finance is matched only by her unwavering commitment to integrity in public service. Donna was a trusted voice throughout my tenure. Her recommendations were always thoughtful, well researched and grounded in sound reasoning.
Donna Mitchell also delivers results. She’s focused on outcomes — not headlines.
It is with the highest level of confidence that I recommend Donna Mitchell for Dover City Council.
