MIDDLETOWN - Sidney J. "Sid" Baker Jr., 84, of Middletown, passed away on Thursday, Aug. 26, 2010, at his residence. He worked for his son's business, A-Del in New Castle County, for 34 years. He is survived by his wife, Gladys Baker; a son, Barry Baker and his wife Paulette; a grandson, Jon and his wife Christina; a very special great-granddaughter, Emma Baker; and a sister-in-law, Janet Elliott. Family and friends may visit from 6 to 8 p.m., Monday, Aug. 30, at Daniels & Hutchison Funeral Home LLC, 212 N. Broad Street, Middletown. Interment services will be held privately at Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Bear. www.daniels-hutchison.com
