Shooting incident in Dover leaves vehicle damaged early Sunday

DOVER — A shooting incident in the area of South Bradford Street and Loockerman Street left a vehicle damaged early Sunday Dover Police spokesman Master Cpl. Ryan Schmid said.

Investigation began at 1:27 a.m., when officers were called to the area for shots fired, police said. Officers responded to the scene and located a large crowd, according to authorities.

Officers also located a vehicle that had damage consistent with being shot, Cpl. Schmid said.

No witnesses came forward during this investigation and no injuries were reported, according to police.
