Second arrest made in Laurel homicide case

By LAUREL — A second arrest has been made in the April homicide of Corey Mumford, 18, of Laurel, Delaware State Police said Friday.
Police said Donregus Holland, 28, of Hurlock, Maryland, was taken into custody without incident Thursday. Police said that he will be charged with first-degree murder, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, possession of a firearm by a person prohibited, and first-degree conspiracy upon extradition from Maryland.
Police said Mr. Mumford died from injuries when shot near the 100 block of Sunset Drive in Wexford Village Apartments April 14.
On April 21, Jhalir Henry was arrested in Maryland for the murder of Mr. Mumford, police said.
