I am a resident of Dover’s 4th District and am writing to express my support for Pastor Leroy Bradshaw to become the next person to represent our district. He brings excellent credentials, experience and great passion to this work, and as a longtime resident of Dover, he has demonstrated in heart, head and deed an intimate knowledge of the citizens in the 4th District and is what the community needs right now. I have been privileged to witness firsthand his commitment to ensuring that residents of the 4th District specifically have necessary resources, like affordable housing, access to food and cleaner streets. I am amazed how Pastor Leroy is always out in our neighborhoods, picking up litter and cleaning our streets. He fully understands how to build collaborative relationships with the people in the 4th District, which is not occurring with the current council representative. We need someone who is in touch with the people and will not alienate us.
Dover’s 4th District needs someone like Pastor Leroy Bradshaw on City Council because he understands the issues we face and is committed to making sure everyone in our community experiences the fullness of a good life. Therefore, I encourage voters in the 4th District to vote for Pastor Leroy Bradshaw on April 15 at Elks Lodge 1903.
