There is a better way for Delaware to address the problems facing its cities and towns. Panhandling, homelessness, drugs, guns and gang violence are destroying the state. To rectify this problem, it will take all parties working together. This is not just a problem for individual cities and towns to tackle.
The time for action is now. The taxpayers and families of Delaware deserve better from the state. We need solutions that work to put an end to this.
A committee should be formed that can examine all the facts and laws to accomplish this task. The time is right to make Delaware a much better place to live and work.
