Sally McCool Thornton, 66 DOVER - Sally McCool Thornton, of Dover, passed away Sunday, Jan. 17, 2010. She was 66. Born to Clara N. (Dolly) Thornton and the late Eugene Thornton Jr. on Aug. 21, 1943, she had been a resident of Elkton Md, Middletown Salisbury, Md., Le Sueur, M.N., Irapuato, Mexico, Chapel Hill, N.C., and Dover. She is survived by her mother; her children, Karen Louise Dow and James Eugene McCully; her sisters, Louise Burns and Eugenia Thornton; her grandchildren, James Glenn McCully, Natalie Rose McCully, Jason Thornton Dow, and Sarah Nicole Dow; and her nephew, Patrick Burns. There will be a memorial service on Saturday Jan. 30, at 3:30 p.m. at the Westminster Village Community Center, 1175 McKee Road, Dover.
