Salisbury Fire Department responds to kitchen fire

SALISBURY — The City of Salisbury Fire Department responded to a residential kitchen fire on Dykes Road at approximately 2:08 p.m. on Thursday, June 27.

The fire was extinguished by a single fire sprinkler head operating.

The preliminary cause was accidental cooking fire.

Estimated amount of loss is $2,500.
