S. Faye Lyons, 61 HOUSTON - S. Faye Lyons, 61, of Houston, died Thursday, July 17, 2008, at the Delaware Hospice Center, Milford. Mrs. Lyons was born in Milford, daughter of Marion (Lemmon) Pearson and the late William Nathan Pearson. She was working as a fabricator at ILC in Dover for eight years when she became ill. From 1977 through 1999, Faye and her late husband, Bill Lyons, owned and operated Bill's Auto Service, an automotive shop in Harrington. In their spare time, Faye, Bill and family enjoyed camping. She also enjoyed watching NASCAR. Faye and Bill enjoyed entertaining friends and family while listening to their extensive collection of country music. Faye was a simple woman, able to make friends very easily, and enjoyed life to its fullest. She enjoyed working at her job at ILC, as well as spending time with her family and friends. She was a member of the Harrington Moose Lodge 534. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her husband, William C. Lyons, in 1995; and a sister, Ellen Brocklehurst. She is survived by her son, William C. Lyons II and his fiancee Karen Kirby of Milford; her mother, Marion Pearson of Harrington; a sister, Joyce Lake and her husband Enoch of Harrington; a brother, Charles Pearson of Felton; a special friend and cousin, Norma Edwards of Harrington; as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins. Funeral services were Tuesday at McKnatt, Carpenter & Baker Funeral Home, Harrington. Burial was in Hollywood Cemetery, Harrington.
