Ryan Allen Bradford

MAGNOLIA - Ryan Allen Bradford, II, passed away Sunday, June 26, 2016 at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. Ryan was born June 24, 1998 in Lewes to Ryan Bradford and April Gray Bradford. He completed 11th grade at Caesar Rodney High School. Ryan was a member of the Crossroad Community Church in Georgetown, where he ushered. He was also involved with Special Olympics Delaware, Kent County Wild Kats, Best Buddies Program, DFRC Blue and Gold Club, the CR FFA and Ryan was also the manager for the CR Boys & Girls soccer program. Ryan enjoyed soccer, bowling, basketball, softball, playing on his computer and visiting Walt Disney World with his family. Ryan is survived by his parents, Ryan and April Bradford, of Magnolia; grandparents, William and Marcel Bradford, of Gumboro; grandfather, John Gray, Sr., of Cambridge, Md.; grandparents, Lee and Sharron Levin, of Lewes; sister, Katelyn Bradford, of Magnolia; and numerous aunts, uncles, and extended family. Ryan's Celebration of Life will be held 1 p.m., Wednesday, July 6, 2016 at Cavalry Church, 1141 E. Lebanon Rd. (Rt 10), Dover, DE. Friends may call from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Interment will be in Barratt's Chapel Cemetery, Frederica. Ryan's family requests those attending his Celebration wear bright colors to reflect his outgoing personality. Also, please write a memory to place in a Memory Box. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions be made to Special Olympics Delaware, 619 South College Avenue, Newark, DE, 19716. Letters of condolences may be sent and guest book signed at www.torbertfuneral.com.
