Rosa Lee Fox-King, 90 LINCOLN - Rosa Lee Fox-King, formerly of Lincoln, passed away March 6, 2010, in Anne Arundel Medical Center, Annapolis, Md. She was 90. Funeral services will be 11 a.m., Monday, March 15, 2010, in Bennie Smith Funeral Home, Dover, where family and friends may call from 4 to 6 p.m., Sunday, March 14, 2010. Burial will be in Sunset Cemetery, Dover. Letters of condolence may be sent and guest book may be signed at www.benniesmithfuneralhome.com.
