Smyrna - Ronald Gene Perry passed away Sunday, Aug. 5, 2018 at Kent General Hospital.
He was the son of the late James and Evelyn (Arnold) Perry. Mr. Perry was a retired boilermaker. He enjoyed watching sports, especially Nascar racing.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Randy Perry. He is survived by his former wife, Janice Perry of Middletown; children, Troy Perry, Daniel Perry of Seaford and Paula Thompson of Middletown; granddaughter, Chelsea Thompson (Chris); great-granddaughter, Thalia Chase; and great-grandson, Christopher Diaferio; stepchildren and several other grandchildren.
There will be a memorial service 3 p.m. Monday, Aug. 13, 2018 at Pippin Funeral Home 119 W. Camden-Wyoming Ave., Wyoming where family will receive friends starting at 2 p.m.
