Robert E. Brand Sr., 87 MAGNOLIA - Robert E. Brand Sr., of Magnolia, passed away on Dec. 21, 2009, at State Street Assisted Living in Dover. Born on Jan. 16, 1922, he was the son of the late James and Bertha Brand. He was 87. Funeral services will be 2 p.m., Sunday, Dec. 27, at Bennie Smith Funeral Home, Dover, where friends may call two hours prior to the service. Burial will be private. Arrangements are being handled by Bennie Smith Funeral Home, Dover.
