MAGNOLIA - Robert Charles Irwin, 82, of Bloomington, Ind., and Magnolia, passed away Sunday in Bloomington. Robert was born on March 12, 1929, in Langhorne, Pa., and was the son of Patrick and Ellen Irwin. Survivors include his wife, Janice Irwin of Magnolia; daughter, Elaine (Irwin) Mellencamp of Bloomington; step-children, Joyce Thompson and William Kivler; and two grandsons, Hud and Speck Mellencamp of Bloomington. He was preceded in death by his parents. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. The Funeral Chapel of Powell and Deckard is handling arrangements.
