MIDDLETOWN - Richard Michael "Rick" Hammond, Jr., 40, of Middletown, passed away peacefully on Sunday, Sept. 18, 2011. Rick leaves many cherished memories to his loving parents, Richard and Nettie; a brother, Christopher and his wife, April; three children, Rickey, Kyrsten and Madison; two nephews, Christopher and Matthew; several aunts, uncles and cousins and many dear friends and colleagues. Funeral services will be noon, Friday, Sept. 23, at Daniels & Hutchison Funeral Home LLC, 212 N. Broad Street, Middletown, where his family will receive friends two hours prior.
