LINCOLN - Richard Lee Brown, formerly of Richmond, Va., passed away on April 22, 2012, at Milford Hospital. He was the son of Harry Shockley and Betty Brown. Funeral services will be 1 p.m., Saturday, April 28, 2012, at Wesley Chapel U.M.C., 23115 Slaughterneck Rd., Lincoln, where friends may call two hours prior to the service. Arrangements entrusted to Bennie Smith Funeral Home, Dover.
