DOVER - Rebecca Cecilia Parrish, of Lincoln St., passed away on May 9, at Kent General Hospital. She was 76 years old. Funeral services will be Sun. May 15, at 2 p.m. at the Mt. Carmel Church of the Living God, 117 West Street, Dover. Viewing will be 4-8 p.m. Sat. May 14, at Bennie Smith Funeral Home, 717 W. Division Street, Dover. Interment will be in Lakeside Cemetery.
