Raymond William Sheridan Jr.

Sheridan, Jr. 49 Felton - Raymond William Sheridan, Jr. passed away June 25th due to a long illness. He was born Dec. 2, 1964 in Milford, DE. He was an Ironworker for many years then went to work at the Dover A.F.B for the blind. In his younger years he enjoyed working on and racing his cars. He had a love for music and took great pride in singing and used to play guitar with his family. Proceeded in death by his father, Raymond William Sheridan Sr. paternal grandparents, Patrick Sheridan and Letitia Cann; maternal grandparents, George E Lloyd and Lillian Lloyd; and step son, John R. Harvey. Survived by wife of 20 yrs, Richenda Sherdan of Felton; daughter, Alisha Sheridan of Hartly; mother, Audrey Pleasanton; step son, David C. Melvin; brothers, Ernie Halcomb, Bruce Pleasanton, Wayne Pleasanton and Carl Pleasanton; and sisters, LaDonna Lewis and Helen Banks. Remembrance services will be Thursday July 3, 2014 at Trader Funeral Home 12 Lotus Street Dover, DE at 7 PM. Family and friends may call from 5 pm till time of the service.
