DOVER - Raymond Martin, of Dover, passed away on Monday, Sept. 6, 2010, at Bay Health Kent General Hospital, Dover. He was 84 years old. Born on Aug. 17, 1926, he was the son of the late Harvey Martin and Luvenia Workman. A private graveside service will be 1 p.m., Friday, Sept. 10, 2010. Interment will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Dover.
