Franklin Randolph (Gator, Randy, Frank) Wallick, age 66, passed away on Friday, April 29, 2022, in Tucson, Arizona. He was born on July 31, 1955, in Salisbury, Maryland, the son of the late Doris J. Torbert. He was a 1973 graduate of Dover High School. He was an Air Force Veteran, enlisting in 1977, he was a ROMAD serving in Arizona and Korea. He re-entered the Air Force in 1987 as active reserves and served as a Loadmaster in Desert Shield and Desert Storm.

Frank was predeceased by the love of his life and soulmate, Trinidad ""Rose"" De La Cruz Wallick.in 2014. Frank and Rose met when they were both employed at the ConAgra plant in Milford, DE. They were married in 1989 and together they raised Rose's daughters, Cheryl and Elizabeth (Liz), who he loved as his own. Frank loved his ""girls"" and his grandkids more than anything. They were his world. In 2019 Frank moved to Tucson, AZ where he had been stationed in the Air Force many years prior. Life in Dover without Rose didn't make sense anymore. In Tucson he spent his days walking around listening to music and enjoying the street art and parks. He was particularly fond of Reed Park Zoo.

Frank was an avid reader, loved music, art (both observing and creating), being outside enjoying nature, and spending time with his grandkids. He will especially be remembered for his love of art and music, and his radiant and loving spirit by those who knew him best.
Frank was predeceased by his mother, Doris J. Torbert, in 2010 and by his loving wife, Trinidad De La Cruz Wallick in 2014.
Frank is survived by his girls, Cheryl (Jim) Overly Turner, and Liz (Bobby) Overly Blevins; his grandchildren- James, Joshua, Malliyah, Marissa, Makayla and Amelia: and his siblings- Lisa Torbert, Patti (Dan) Olenik, Bill (Lisa) Torbert, Gary Wallick and Sharon (Yvan) Belleville.

Services will be held at Torbert Funeral Chapel, 61 S. Bradford St., Dover, Delaware. Calling hours will be Saturday, June 18, 2022, from 4 - 6 pm. A private family burial will be held on Sunday, June 19, 2022.
