MIDDLETOWN - Ralph E. Bailey Jr., 80, a lifelong resident of Maryland and Delaware, passed away Monday, Nov. 14, 2011. He is survived by his wife, Phyllis (Whitlock) Bailey; two sons, Kevin and his wife, Jean, of Newark and Kirk and his wife, Peggy, of Glasgow; a sister, Margaret O'Neal of Cecilton; a brother, Robert and his wife, Carol, of Bear; four grandchildren and one great-grandson. Funeral services will be noon, Friday, Nov. 18, at Daniels & Hutchison Funeral Home LLC, 212 N. Broad Street, Middletown, where friends may visit with his family one hour prior to service.
