At a recent economic development summit hosted by Delaware Technical Community College’s Terry Campus, business leaders heard about how artificial intelligence tools can be used to improve customer service and planning. At the conference, attendees also discovered how the state Department of Transportation uses AI to improve its functions. How do you feel about artificial intelligence?
