Sussex County Council deferred action on a conditional use application for Evans Farm to build 200 apartment units, 17 garages and a community center along Old Mill Road and Railway Road. No public support was voiced for the proposal at the April 20 hearing, and concerns presented included traffic, overcrowding, and potential contamination of private wells in other communities.
