QOTD: How about pay equity in women’s sports?

France’s Johanne Defay is headed to the Tokyo Olympics for for surfing’s debut at the Summer Games. After years of industry preference for the men’s game, women surfers are coming into their own. In 2019, the World Surf League began offering equal prize money for men and women for its events. What other sports and organizations have achieved pay equity for women?
