Police identify victim in fatal Middletown crash
MIDDLETOWN — Delaware State Police on Saturday identified Middletown resident Joshua Lysinger, 21, as the victim in a fatal crash Oct. 28.
Authorities said Mr. Lysinger was driving a vehicle on Blackbird Landing Road at approximately 3:19 a.m. when traveled off the roadway and crashed.
The Troop 2 Collision Reconstruction Unit continues investigating this incident.
Troopers are asking anyone who witnessed this crash to contact Senior Cpl. M. Calio by calling 302-365-8483. Information may also be provided by sending a private Facebook message to the Delaware State Police or contacting Delaware Crime Stoppers at 1-800-847-3333.
