Ghosts witches and a host of other scary figures were on hand as the 31st Annual Sea Witch Parade was held in downtown Rehoboth Beach after a year off due to COVID-19 on Saturday. A crowd of thousands were on hand to watch and celebrate the Halloween season with the weekend festival sponsored by the Rehoboth Beach-Dewey Beach Chamber of Commerce.
