This week’s 3rd Friday in Downtown Salisbury will be held outdoors, with artists and crafters filling the streets, live music and special events.
This month’s theme is Photo Hunt – with scavenger hunts, photo ops and contests, cool demos, live music and more.
On North Division Street, check out live music with Full Disclosure, and grab info on, not one, but two scavenger hunts.
3rd Friday is excited to partner with ColorWalk Cards to offer a free ColorWalk Card Community Photo Scavenger Hunt, all based on colors. Stop by the ColorWalk Cards table on North Division Street to grab your three ColorWalk Cards, then find as many things as you can in Downtown Salisbury that match the colors of your cards and snap a pic.
Your ColorWalk Card must also be in the picture -- post your pics either on Facebook or Instagram, tagging @ColorWalkCards, plus using the hashtag #3rdFridayColorWalk.
Make sure your posts are public for a chance to win great prizes donated from local Downtown businesses like Soul Yoga, The Ugly Pie, Blushed Beauty Studio and The Mudhud: Clay Art Studio.
Check out the 3rd Friday table on North Division Street for another social media-based photo hunt – featuring architectural elements from Downtown Salisbury’s gorgeous buildings. First person to find and post all 12 clues will receive a $100 gift certificate to the Downtown Salisbury business of their choice.
For even more treasure hunt themed adventures, check out National Treasure at the city of Salisbury’s Movies on the River, held just after 3rd Friday at the Riverwalk Amphitheater -- it’s free to attend with showtime at 8:45 p.m.
