NEWARK - Dover High finally captured the school's first DIAA state in boys' basketball on Saturday evening with a 56-53 victory over Salesianum at the Carpenter Center.
The Senators had to overcome an early 11-point deficit before knocking off the defending state champion Sals.
Dorell Little scored 31 points with fellow senior Denim Perkins adding 16 as the two scored all but one of Dover's 33 second-half points.
