Peggy Sue Passwaters, 50

CHESTERTOWN, MD - Peggy Sue Passwaters, passed away peacefully with family Tuesday, Sept. 29, 2009, in the Delaware Hospice Center. She was 50. She was born December 21, 1958 in Wilmington. Peggy had worked in landscaping. She loved her family and her children. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ellison and Daisy (Conley) Passwaters; and a brother, Ellison George Passwaters Jr. Peggy is survived by four children, James I. Henry III of Chestertown, Md., Shericka Passwaters of Chestertown, Md., Sherrel N. Fleming of Wilmington, and David Passwaters of Dover; three sisters, Carol Walker and her husband Michael of New Castle, Cathy Brown and her husband James W., and Diane Monico and her husband John McCracken, both of Dover; a brother; David A. Kachnovitz of Dover; and five grandchildren. Services will be private. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Delaware Hospice, 100 Patriots Way, Milford, DE 19963.
