Peggy Patrick, 53 DOVER - Peggy Patrick, of Dover, died Sunday, March 14, 2010, in Kent General Hospital. She was 53. Mrs. Patrick was born Oct. 16, 1956, in Baltimore, Md., to the late John Fairbanks and Thelma Fell Fairbanks. She was a homemaker and enjoyed animals especially her pet dogs. Mrs. Patrick is survived by her husband of 21 years, Joseph Wesley Patrick Jr. of Dover; two sons, Richard A. Patrick of Austin, Texas, Joseph W. Patrick III of Orlando, Fla.; two daughters, Stacey R. Minnick of Dover, and Tracy L. Thomas of Orlando, Fla.; her brother, John Fairbanks Jr. of Dover; sister, Patsy Phillips of Baltimore, Md.; and granddaughter, Alexa N. Patrick. Funeral services will be noon, Friday, March 19, 2010, at Torbert Funeral Chapel South, 1145 E. Lebanon Road (Rt.10), Dover. Friends may call Thursday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. Interment will be in Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Bear.
