MILLSBORO - Peggy Jane Manuel departed this life on May 4, 2011, at Beebe Medical Center in Lewes. She was 64. Service will be held on May 7, 2011, at 1 p.m. and viewing will be two hours prior to service at St John 2nd Baptist Church in Millsboro. Service will be handled by Bennie Smith Funeral Home, Millsboro.
