Pearl Nancy Williams

DOVER - On Saturday morning, June 4, 2011, Ms. Pearl Nancy Williams, age 87, passed from this world at Kent General Hospital to be with her late husband, Walter R. Williams of 53 years, who died 16 years ago. She is survived by two sisters, Eleanor Riale and Laura Siwicki; and one brother, George Christopher; also her son, Walter C. Williams, Sr. and his wife Bertha. She has one daughter, Linda (Francisco). She also has three grandchildren from her son, Sherry Ciamaricone, Walter Williams, Jr., and Wayne Williams; five grandchildren from her daughter, Denise, Angela, Amy, Elizabeth, and Joe. She was blessed with seven great-granddaughters on her son's side and three great-grandsons on her daughter's side. She lived with her son and daughter-in-law, Walter and Bertha for 3 and ½ years and then with Wayne Williams & Sharon & their two girls Taylor and Devin, then her grandson's family for 2 and ½ years in Clayton, who took very good care of her until she was hospitalized on Thursday, June 2nd after a long illness. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, June 9, 2011, at 11 a.m., in the Faries Funeral Chapel located at 29 S. Main St. in Smyrna, where friends may call at 10 a.m. Burial will be held in Gracelawn Memorial Park, Wilmington. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions be made to the Alzheimer's Association Delaware Chapter, 240 N. James Street, Suite 100A Wilmington, DE 19804.
