DOVER - Pearl Lofland passed away peacefully on Feb. 17, 2017, at her residence. Celebration of Life service will be held on Saturday, Feb. 25, 2017, at 12 noon at Lifeway Church of God, 7046 Seashore Hwy, Bridgeville, DE 19933, with visitation two hours prior to the service.
