Patricia E. Gilliam, 71 DOVER - Patricia E. Gilliam, age 71, of Dover, departed this life on June 27, 2010. She was born on Feb. 27, 1939, in Goldsboro, Md., to the late George and Audrey Patterson. There will be no viewing. Funeral service will be noon, Saturday, July 3, 2010, at Whatcoat U.M. Church, Dover. Interment will be at Sharon Hill Cemetery in Dover. Arrangements are being handled by Bennie Smith Funeral Home, Dover.
