PRINCESS ANNE, Md. - Oliver Thomas Handy, the son of Marie Deshields Teagle and the late Oliver Emory Handy (step father) and the late Elwood Tull (Father), was born on July 9, 1946, in Princess Anne, Md. Peacefully and triumphantly, Oliver departed this life on Tuesday, May 24, 2011, at home with his loving wife by his side. Funeral service will be held Saturday, May 28, 2011, at 2 p.m. St. James Free Methodist Church (Head the of the creek) Maryland with a viewing one hour prior to service and Friday May 27, 2011, a Bennie Smith Funeral Home Salisbury, Md., from 6 to 8 p.m. All service are entrusted to Bennie Smith Funeral Home, Salisbury, Md.
