Norman Roe Cook

MILTON - Norman Roe Cook, a resident of Milton since 1990, formerly of Silver Springs, Md., passed away on Sunday, Nov. 14, 2010, at Bayhealth at Kent General Hospital in Dover. He was 73. Mr. Cook was born in Kansas, the son of the late Roe Dallas and Clara (Hampton) Cook. He was a satellite Tech for ABC and Disney. He was a member of the Old Paths Church of Christ in Georgetown He enjoyed crabbing, fishing and camping. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Nancy Cook on Jan. 27, 2010. He is survived by his son, Norman Dallas Cook and his wife Tracey of St. Leonard, Md.; stepchildren, Alice Morris of Calvert County, Md., Jimmy Kreilick of Charles County, Md., Kathy Smith of Tennesee, and Bobby Kreilick of Calvert County, Md.; and two grandchildren, Kevin Cook and Crystal Cook. Funeral services will be 11:30 a.m., Friday, Nov. 19, 2010, in the chapel of Short Funeral Services, 416 Federal St., Milton, where friends may call after 10:30 a.m. Interment will be in Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Millsboro. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to: Old Paths Church of Christ, 18246 Redden Rd., Georgetown, DE 19947.
