Nelson James Massey, 83 DOVER - Nelson James Massey, of Dover, died on Tuesday, Jan. 19, 2010, at Kent General/Bay Health Hospital at the age of 83. He was born on Feb. 14, 1926, in Milford, to the late Nelson and Mabel Sapp Massey. He owned and operated a farm west of Dover, and he also owned N.J.M. Trucking in Dover. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and traveling with his family. He survived by his wife of 65 years, Louise Porter Massey of Dover; two sons and daughters-in-law, Mike and Donna Massey of Dover, and Chip and Melinda of Pearl River, N.Y.; a daughter and son-in-law, Leslie and Larry Smith of Alexandria, Va.; grandchildren, Andrew Smith, Mike Massey, Erika Massey, Jennifer Glanden, and Donny Daniels; and great-grandchildren, Tiler Daniels, Mason Glanden, and Dalton Glanden. Burial and services will be at the convenience of the family at a later date. The family would donations send to Generation Health Care, 1125 Forrest Ave., Suite 201, Dover, DE 19904.
