NCALL celebrates Homeownership Month

DOVER — NCALL, in collaboration with the local chapter of National Association of Real Estate Brokers, Realtist Association of Delaware, is celebration June’s National Homeownership Month by hosting a couple of virtual events aimed at people who would like to become homeowners.

The first event will be “A Town Hall Meeting – The State of African American Homeownership: Delaware.” It will take place Wednesday, June 23, at 6 p.m.

This virtual town hall meeting will give participants a deeper understanding of the African American homeownership gap. Participants can register for this free event by visiting here.

The second event, “A Homeownership Conference,” will take place on Saturday, June 26, from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m.

Participants will have the opportunity to learn about topics including, but not limited to: Homeownership 101, Homeownership + Credit, Down Payment Options, Refinancing and more.

This virtual conference will host vendors, offer door prizes, and guide individuals towards the steps needed to prepare for homeownership! Register for this free conference by visiting here
