Naomi B. 'Betty' Hall Curtin, 84

DOVER - Naomi B. "Betty" Hall Curtin, passed away Sunday, Oct. 05, 2008, in Bay Health Kent General Hospital, Dover. She was born on Aug. 04, 1924 in Bowers Beach, to the late Lister and Naomi Cooper Hall. Naomi graduated from Felton High School in 1942. She graduated from Goldies College in Wilmington in 1944. She worked for Delaware Aircraft from 1944 to 1947, then as a secretary for TC Collins Insurance Agency in Milford, from 1948 to 1961. She enjoyed ice cream and the TV show Wheel of Fortune. She is preceded in death by her husband, William D. Curtin in 2007, and her brother Lister V. Hall Jr. in 1990. She is survived by her son, William J. Curtin of Harrington. Services will be 11 a.m. Friday at Trader Funeral Home, 12 Lotus St., Dover. Burial will be at the Holy Cross Cemetery, Dover. Friends may call at the funeral home one hour prior to the service. The family requests that memorial contributions be given to American Lung Association, 422 S. Governors Ave., Dover, DE 19904.
