The people panhandling are all over Dover. The most dangerous areas are Forrest Avenue and Del. 15. There is very little space to stand and a high volume of traffic, with Kenton Road closed.
I have seen people who could hardly walk there. If they trip, they would be right in front of my car.
You don’t see this in New Jersey.
It’s on every major corner in Dover!
Stop the panhandling!
