Murphy: Cheers to Dover Family Physicians’ 40 years

Posted

I want to take this opportunity to publicly recognize the physicians and staff of Dover Family Physicians, who recently celebrated the 40th anniversary of their medical practice. Over these four decades, they have been steadfast in their commitment to providing comprehensive and patient-centered primary care to Kent and Sussex county Delawareans.

Originally founded by Drs. Michael Bradley and Joseph Rubacky, the Dover Family Physicians team has been indispensable to tens of thousands of patients of all ages and generations of families. The practice has expanded over the years to best meet the growing medical needs of our area, while maintaining its exceptional service in delivering the highest-quality medicine and a warm and friendly experience for each patient who walks through its doors. It is one of the few practices that still provide care to its patients in the hospital — a true testament to its dedication to personalized and compassionate care.

On behalf of Bayhealth and its medical staff, I want to applaud and thank Dover Family Physicians for 40 years of positively impacting medical care in Delaware and bettering the health of our communities.

Terence M. Murphy

Bayhealth president and CEO
