Minister Lorretta Sue Banks

Sue Banks, 54 HARBESON - Minister Lorretta Sue Banks, 54, of Harbeson, went home to continue her work in the Kingdom of God on Thursday, April 5, 2012. Lorretta was born on Feb. 2, 1958, in Danieltown, Va., to Sally Virginia Jefferson and the late Willie Lar Canady. She is survived by her husband, Roland Eddie Banks; mother, Sally Jefferson; uncle, William Jefferson Sr; daughter, Juanquetta Howell and husband Carlous; son, Darrell Canady; stepson, Carlos Benson; and four grandchildren; two brothers, several nieces and newphews; a mother-in-law, Georgia Boone; three brothers-in-law; eight sisters-in-law. Homecoming services will be held on Saturday, April 14, 2012, at noon at the United Deliverance Bible Center, 532 West Seventh Street, Laurel, with the viewing being held same day 10 a.m. to noon. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Delaware Hospice Center, 100 Patriots Way, Milford DE 19963, Service of comfort entrusted to McPherson Funeral Services, Milford (800)796-4873, (302) 856-7717.
